Helmets to Hardhats

Local 765 is proud to participate in the Helmets to Hardhats program.  We currently have a number of veterans who have joined our ranks and have blended in seamlessly with our members.

The H2H program does a great job of preparing it’s members for a career in the skilled trades sector and the result is that we get an apprentice with the proper credentials and appropriate skillsets. Military service and Union membership share many values like Brotherhood, teamwork, loyalty and pride. The candidates we get are well prepared when they start working for us something that has increased retention value for our Union.
