Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers, Local 765  is only providing an on-line portal for the purpose of paying member dues.  As these are non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue returns/refunds/cancellations once the transaction is complete. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon completing your transaction.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place and we will do our best to address your issue. We are here to assist you and deliver support in a timely manner.

Please allow 12-24 hours Monday - Friday for our Support Team to get back to you. We do not process requests on Saturday and Sunday.

Requests for a refund are accepted within a period of 3 days after the transaction is processed.
