Apprenticeship Applications
Thank you for your inquiry. We ask that you come to the hall in person, address listed below, to complete an application and meet with us. You may do so every Monday at 3:00 p.m., please call to confirm your appointment before you come in.
Bring along with you your resume and any certifications that you hold even if they are expired, as this gives us a better idea of your current skills and what may need to be upgraded or renewed.
The minimum qualifications are:
- Workers Health & Safety - Awareness in 4 Steps required by the Ontario Ministry of Labour
- Current WHMIS 2015
- Working at Heights {WAH)
- Ontario High School Diploma or equivalent
Health and Safety Awareness Certification

Applications
Applications are valid for 12 months from the date signed, after which a new application will have to be filled out and signed in person.
